Our story

Generations began with a simple belief: families in transition deserve more than a dumpster and a weekend of exhaustion. Homes across Thurston County hold decades of well-made, useful, sometimes remarkable things, and the right buyer for nearly all of it already lives within a short drive.

We run every sale ourselves from our base in Lacey — sorting room by room, researching comparable sold prices, staging the home like a shop, advertising to South Sound buyers and handling the crowd, checkout and cleanout. Clients get one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final settlement statement.

Today our team handles full estates, downsizing moves, probate and trust liquidations and pre-listing clear-outs across Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, Shelton and the surrounding areas. Every sale is staffed, insured and run by people who live here.

Our team

Sales are run by a small, consistent crew: a lead organizer who prices and stages the home, researchers who verify values on antiques, art, tools, jewelry and collectibles, and sale-day staff who greet buyers, watch the floor and run checkout. We are insured, we work only in the South Sound, and the person who walks your home is the person who runs your sale.
